Cav and his team deliver factory trained, specialist support for the overhaul and repair of the Rolls Royce 250 Series engine modules from the C18 through to the C47 and B17. Operating out of our 2014-built Auckland facility, we are able to respond to all critical downtime situations with a range of quick and effective solutions, an essential aspect to the productivity of any operator. The integration of OEM procedures into both the design of our facility and our in-house processes ensure our clients receive consistent, quality results matching factory produced modules.

RR250 Series Specialists

Our turbine division are Rolls Royce factory trained and have integrated our in-house processes with OEM procedures, offering our clients with fully qualified and consistently high standard specialist support for the Rolls Royce RR250 series. This includes full overhaul and inspection services of the C18 model right through to the C47 and B17.

Responsive Customer Support

With a focus on delivering tailored support to our customers, our support services include an extensive range of lease and exchange modules, which we overnight freight within New Zealand, Australia and parts of the Pacific. We are also available 24 hours/7 days a week to offer technical and field support to our customers and have a wide-ranging parts inventory to support the Rolls Royce, Turbo-Mecca and Honeywell engines.

Lease and Exchange Modules

Part of the comprehensive service we provide our clients is the ability to continue flying while overhaul and repair work is completed in our shop. We do this by having an extensive range of lease and exchange modules available.

Specialist Facilities

Our turbines facility was upgraded in 2014, increasing our team’s capacity and the expediency of its services. The new overhaul facility integrates OEM procedures withour lean processes to effectively improve performance without compromising on quality. Our in-house services now include turbine inspection and overhaul, NDT testing, as well as fuel nozzle services and overhaul.
