Smiles All Around On This Bell 206 Sale

In the far northeast of Victoria lies one of the most picturesque parts of Australia, large mountains, snowfields and amazing towns. This is the destination and home for one of our most recent helicopters sales.

Prominent businessman, pilot and local Brian Taggart decided it was time to upgrade Hi Life Helicopters’ Robinson R44 and enter the wonderful world of turbine flying. With a newly advertised Jetranger on our website, Brian reached out to discuss the requirements and the future of his operation. With Hi Life helicopters offering an array of services ranging from scenic flights right through to aerial film photography and lifting work, I knew this Jetranger would be an added asset to Hi Life helicopters operation.

After working through the finer details of the deal ensuring both buyer and seller were satisfied, Hi Life Helicopters in Victoria's Bright purchased this immaculate and newly refurbished Bell 206 Jetranger.

“The jetty is a great machine, it really suits our purpose being charter, air work and a few joy flights thrown in as well. Love flying the machine as really nice to fly and very smooth. The right step up from an R44.”

More often than not part of the service we provide includes flying the aircraft to the new owner. Unfortunately for me, Brian and one of his pilots took the opportunity to fly the aircraft from its previous home in Redcliffe QLD down the coast of NSW via Sydney Harbour to Bright in north-eastern Victoria. The amazing scenery along the way certainly would have been breathtaking.

Brian was very appreciative of the full service offered by the team at Oceania.

“The whole purchase experience was really well conducted by you [Dan] and your company [Oceania Aviation]. Nothing was a problem right down to the day we picked the aircraft up. Product knowledge was great and correspondence was timely at all times.”

The team and I want to wish Brian and the Hi Life Helicopters team many hours of enjoyable and safe flying in their new Bell 206 helicopter.

Safe Flying.
