Although Oceania Aviation is not affiliated with Rolls-Royce, we are what is termed as a 'Grey Shop', able to carry out a wide range of turbine engine services. With an experienced team of factory-trained Rolls Royce M250 turbine engine specialists, we can customise individually tailored repair and overhaul solutions according to each of our valued customers' needs - from factory-new solutions to part-life and PMA options.

Rolls-Royce turbine services
We carry out inspection, repair and overhaul of RR250 C20 series, C30 and C47 engines servicing the accessory gearbox, Compressor and Turbine Modules. Exchange options for PTG & FCU fuel components are available ex stock via our vendor partners. We also offer in-house Bleed Valve and Fuel Nozzle servicing options.
Inspections, Overhaul & Repair
We are constantly building and maintaining turbine modules for loan, lease or exchange. Our range of modules available allows us to reduce your AOG so that you can maximise operations and revenue.
Exchange and Loan modules
We offer fast turn clean & flow as well as fuel nozzle overhaul services. We recommend clean & flow every 100 hours of operation to protect your turbine.
Fuel Nozzle Services
As part of our comprehensive turbine servicing capabilities, we carry out extensive in-house MPI (magnetic particle inspection) and FPI (fluorescent particle inspection). This ensures that our teams pick up flaws that are non-visible to the human eye during an overhaul.
NON DESTRUCTIVE TESTING (NDT)
We can provide everything from RR250 engine modules to fuel components down to stainless piping, via our comprehensive turbines inventory. Call us for all your RR250 engine parts needs.
