Comprehensive maintenance solutions from the experts
Our Part 145 certified hangars throughout New Zealand provide comprehensive maintenance solutions, from scheduled inspections to large scale helicopter customisation projects.
Our additional Engines, Blades and Components workshops as well as our extensive in-house Parts supply means we are able to look after all your helicopter requirements from nose to tail.
We are an approved Customer Service facility for major OEMs such as Bell, MD Helicopters, Robinson and Schweizer, and also have comprehensive capabilities across all leading aircraft OEMs.
MAINTENANCE SOLUTIONS
Our extensive OEM capabilities and multiple hangars allow us to regularly support and maintain all aircraft and fleet types, from single operators through to large complex fleets of helicopters.
SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE
We carry out all required inspections and checks to keep your helicopter airworthy and performing at an optimal level. Our advanced diagnostics capabilities allow us to quickly identify any areas of concern and fix these for you with shorter turnaround times.
INSPECTIONS & CHECKS
We can carry out heavy maintenance across a wide range of helicopter types, including Airbus 12 year and MD 24 month inspections. We can organise the Export and Import C of A process for you if required.
HEAVY MAINTENANCE
Our teams can provide planning and maintenance control services to induct into our computerised systems, meaning that we can maintain your aircraft logbooks, with the ability to forecast maintenance events and help control your operating expenditure. This allows us to ensure your helicopter is in airworthy condition with quality assurance by a Part 145 certified provider.
PLANNING & MAINTENANCE CONTROL
Via our network through Hamilton, Ardmore and North Shore airfields, we can respond rapidly to to aircraft AOG and recover and transport aircraft to our facilities for repair and rectification.
AOG & Aircraft Recovery
We offer airframe refurbishments, rebuilds, comprehensive repairs and overhaul, including insurance assessments and repairs. We can also carry out pre-purchase inspections, Import C of A, aircraft containerisation and export shipping, review of airworthiness and cable & hose manufacturing & repair.
